Voicemail Instructions
Accessing your Voicemail
Access your Voicemail by dialing your own extension number or by pressing the “envelope” button on your phone.
Enter your password followed by the “#” button.
From the Main Menu press "1" to listen to your voicemail
During message playback press;
“3” for advanced message options
- “1” Reply to the message
- “3” Message details. (Time and CallerID information)
- “5” Leave a message for an extension
- “*” Return to previous option
- “5” to repeat the message
- “7” to delete the mesage
- “8” to forward the message
- “9” to save the message
- “*” for help
- “#” to exit voicemail
From the Main Menu press "3" for Advanced Options Menu
- “5” Leave a message for another extension
From the Main Menu press "0" for Mailbox Options Menu
- “1” Record a new “unavailable” message
- “2” Record a new “busy” message
- “3” Record your name
- “4” Record a temporary message
- “5” Change your password
Press "*" to Repeat Options
Press # to Cancel/Exit

To Pick Up Any Incoming Call
- Press “**#”
While on a call:
To Blind Transfer Using The Pre-Programmed Buttons
- Press the pre-programmed button to transfer to
- Hang up
To Blind Transfer By Dialling An Extension Or External Number*
- Press the “Transfer” soft button
- Dial either the extension or an outside number*
- Press the “Transfer” soft button again
- Hang up
To Handshake Using The Pre-Programmed Buttons
- Press the “Transfer” soft button
- Press the pre-programmed button to transfer to
- Handshake the call
- Press the “Xfer Line” soft button
- Hang up
To Handshake By Dialling An Extension Or External Number*
- Press the “Transfer” soft button
- Dial either the extension or an outside number*
- Handshake the call
- Press the “Transfer” soft button
- Hang up
To Conference Someone In Using The Pre-Programmed Buttons
- Press the “Transfer” soft button
- Dial either the extension or an outside number
- Either handshake and press the “Conf Line” soft button, or just press the “Conf Line” soft button to bring them straight in
To Conference Someone In By Dialling An Extension Or External Number*
- Press the “Conf” soft button
- Dial either the extension or an outside number*
- Either handshake and press the “Conf” soft button, or just press the “Conf” soft button to bring them straight in
To End A Conference
- Hang up
- Or
- Press the “Join” soft button on the phone that initiated the conference, this will effectively transfer the original inbound call to the conferenced party and disconnect the conference initiator
